This three hour live seminar at Total Rehabilitation is focused on developing a deeper understanding of the barbell back squat. Specific assessment and corrective techniques will be discussed to help you maximize performance in the back squat.
Squats 101 is a three hour seminar blending informative lecture-based content with hours of hands-on assessment and practice. At the end of the course you'll have a new found understanding of the barbell back squat, and be able to integrate new assessment and corrective techniques into your practice to maximize performance in this foundational training exercise. Guy Page APCC RKC: He is the co-owner of Acceleration Fitness Center and the head strength coach at Acceleration Performance. Guy has been an iron warrior since his preteen years he currently competes as an elite level powerlifter, coaches numerous competitive powerlifters and hopes to build the sport in Manitoba. Guy’s knowledge and experience has helped his clients reach astonishing highs in their overall strength and power. So much so that clients that were never considered elite went on to play the next level of their sport – University or professionally.
