Squats 101 is a three hour seminar blending informative lecture-based content with hours of hands-on assessment and practice. At the end of the course you'll have a new found understanding of the barbell back squat, and be able to integrate new assessment and corrective techniques into your practice to maximize performance in this foundational training exercise.
